My Mission
One of the things that I love the most about being a Pelvic Floor physical therapist is the complexity of it. The pelvic floor muscles play a huge role in pelvic health, but are also affected by so many other functions of our bodies. I love teaching you about these muscles and connections, so that you can truly understand where your symptoms are coming from. This gives you a better understanding of your body, your symptoms, your triggers and how to stay healthy and pain free.

I opened this studio in 2023 because of my passion for working in the Pelvic Health field. I wanted to spend more time with each person, for not only hands on care, but to also offer a more thorough, full body and lifestyle approach. All of my sessions are 1 hour, and specialized for you. They vary from a full hour of manual work, to HIIT workouts ending with manual work and anything in between. It is whatever you need, on that day, to make you feel your best!

Pure Wellness Studio is a Physical Therapist owned pelvic health studio in Sea Girt & Shrewsbury, NJ. My mission is to empower you about your health and your body, through education, movement and a one-on-one hands-on approach. I am passionate about the importance of the whole body and mind wellness. I want you to feel comfortable and secure in your journey to wellness starting with our first visit. Each visit is specialized and individualized to you, with my goal of creating an experience that is reaffirming and uplifting. My services include Pelvic Floor and Orthopedic Physical Therapy (PT), Wellness, Return to Running and Fitness, and Yoga classes. I serve patients from all over the Jersey Shore & Monmouth County, including Wall, Brielle, Spring Lake, Sea Girt, Manasquan, Point Pleasant, Belmar, Shrewsbury, Little Silver, Rumson, Red Bank & Tinton Falls.
